HOW I WORK
The first step is to get to know each other. It's important that we can work together and that you can trust me to deliver exactly what you're looking for! I will always meet you in person, either at my home so you can see my kitchen or at your home if more convenient. I'm happy to spend as long as it takes to understand the type of event you are having so that I can make sure the style and presentation of food matches the occasion.
The next step is for me to research and prepare detailed and fully costed menu plans for you. If you have a budget in mind, then I will make sure I stick to that with no hidden extras. All ingredients are locally sourced where possible and always of the highest standards. If you require additional waiting staff then that can also be arranged. I draw upon my family and friends, who are experienced in corporate hospitality and whom I trust to deliver the highest levels of service and attentiveness.
Once you are happy with the menu, you need only to pay a holding deposit to secure the date and then sit back and let me take care of the rest. I will stay in regular contact and you are welcome to contact me at any time if you have any queries or need further help.
