All my menus are ceated especially for you so that your favourite ingredients can be included. I also provide bespoke catering services - making anything on request.

Canapes and party nibbles are a perfect way of keeping your guests satisfied as the bubbles flow! I love to create nibbly food (Nibilicious was born from 'delicious nibbles'!) that looks as good as it tastes. If you're planning a party and want to offer some stunning canapes, please get in touch.

Canapes and Party Nibbles

A cold buffet spread is ideal for a Baby Shower, a Christening Party or Baptism party as it is easy to cater for large numbers at a relatively low cost. Have lots of delicious sandwiches and filled rolls, pretty cakes and tasty treats that everyone loves such as home-made sausage rolls. I can also make you a showstopper Christening Cake as well as supply flowers and pretty napkins to make the whole feast look wonderful.

Cakes!

Who doesn’t love a cake! For special occasions, birthdays, christenings and anniversaries I love to make naked cakes - delicious victoria sponge cakes that are adorned with fresh flowers and filled with home-made jam and cream. I also specialise in 'anti-gravity' cakes which are popular with people of all ages and can feature your favourite sweets or chocolate. Cakes are always made to order and to your specific request, so please get in touch if you want something out of the ordinary and totally delicious!

BBQs & Posh Picnics

From scotch eggs and coronation chicken to chocolate brownies and savoury muffins, there's so much choice when it comes to creating a delicious posh picnic hamper to enjoy outdoors. For BBQs, I can come and run the BBQ for you or simply supply a range of delicious foods to cook yourself. My home-made burgers are delicious (thank you Mr. Blementhal for the recipe)! All meats and sausages are sourced locally and are of the highest quality. Please get in touch if you'd like some help and inspiration for catering for a picnic or BBQ.

Farewells, Funerals and Wakes

The most important thing I can do is to take away any stress related to catering for your guests at this difficult time. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is possible. By taking care of all the little details and woking efficiently behind the scene, you can rest assured that all the food will be both delicious and beautifully presented on the day, that there will be copious amounts of tea and refreshments available and that everything will be looked after on your behalf in a professional and sensitive manner.

Cooking for a family member or dinner party guest with special dietary needs can be stressful and difficult. I'm always happy to provide recipe ideas as well as carefully prepared 'freefrom' food, either on a one-off basis or on a more regular basis to top up your freezer at home.

Maybe you'll be away on in hospital or on business and want to leave the family well catered for while you're gone?
